Foundations

Foundational Guided Yoga Meditation
This is a foundational guided meditation from the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. Here, all the foundational steps of meditation are followed. The recording is for 20 minutes, although your personal meditation can be for however long you wish, either shorter or longer.
3-5 Minute Yoga Meditation
This is the same foundational guided meditation from the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, reduced to a time of five minutes. This meditation sequence can be practiced many times in the day, in 3-5 minute intervals.
Systematic Relaxation in Shavasana
This is the systematic relaxation, moving through the body step by step and relaxing each part. It is recommended to practice this at the end of a physical yoga session. This also makes up an initial portion of the foundational meditation sequence. This is also one step in the progression of practices leading towards the state of yoga nidra.

Shavasana / Subtle-Body Practices

31 Point Relaxation
This is the first step towards the 61 Point subtle body practice, performed in shavasana. This practice is one of the steps in progression of preparation for yoga nidra. The 31 point relaxation may be practiced on its own as an individual practice as well as a preparation for the further subtle body practices.
61 Point Relaxation
This is the 61 Point subtle body practice, performed in shavasana. This practice is a further step in the progression of preparation for yoga nidra. It may also be practiced on its own for deep relaxation and deepening the awareness of the subtle body.
Sweeping Breath (Shithali Karana)
One of the steps in the progression toward the practice and state of yoga nidra, this subtle body practice can be performed on its own with beautiful results in deepening relaxation and subtle body awareness.
